Profile: Valter Capata is the founder of SGS as well as the current CEO. Graduated in Civil Engineering in 1976, he has been working for more than 40 years as a designer in the fields of geotechnics and engineering geology. He’s gathered large national and international experience on underground works, in particular on tunnels, stations, foundations and slope stability.

Skills: Design of tunnels excavated by TBM and traditional method (both full face excavation and NATM method), foundations, slope stability works, underground structural works.
